  • appropriate clothing in religious buildings/sites
    • churches, synagogues, and mosques where sleeves, pants and hair coverings as needed
  • easy on the socio-political issues to not cause fights
  • don’t bring up the ‘religion is a cult’ mindset
    • discussing being atheist probably fine
  • natural disasters
  • Ukraine-Russia conflict spreads/involves more of Europe

Risk Matrix

All of these are fairly low risk, low impact. I’m not too worried about anything becoming a problem. Anything significant like natural disasters or Russia, NIC or the Canadian government will facilitate evac home.
